Exchange & Credit Note Policy

Zayvara does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed. However, we offer exchanges and credit notes under specific circumstances. These can only be redeemed on zayvara's website (www.zayvara/com).

Sale itmes are not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Conditions for Exchange & Credit Note

1. If you do not like a product, do not worry. You can place a Replacement request within 3 working days in exchange for a credit note. To replace an item, the product needs to be shipped to our warehouse within 7 working days (cost to be borne by the customer). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit, which can be used within 3 months. (shipping cost will be deducted)
2. To initiate a return, please email us within 3 working days (info@zayvara.com) along with your order id & reason of return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
3.  Clearance Sale/Milestone/Birthday Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless product is defective/damaged or different from the ones received. Please update the team about the same within 24 hours with proper proof to facilitate easy replacement/refund.
   
   
4. Zayvara accepts returns if:

• The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered. (Unboxing video is mandatory)
• The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. (Unboxing video is mandatory)

In such cases, please contact our customer support at info@zayvara.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained. If you wish us to arrange the return pickup a pickup fee of Rs150 will be levied.

Important Notes:

• Items sent back without prior intimation will not be accepted.
• Coupon codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or credit notes.
• Credit notes cannot be redeemed on sale items.
• Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Missing items and incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon delivery to our Customer Support Team.  Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

No Refund or Exchange

No refund or exchange will be given in the following cases:

• No return/exchange/replacement is available for pre-orders or customized orders.
• No refund/exchange for used products.
• No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
• No refund for incorrect or outdated addresses.
• No refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
• In case of an approved refund, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Prices exclude customs duties and shipping charges. Duties and taxes as per your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, matters of national emergency and unavoidable circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Zayvara does not allow cancellation/refund on Orders.

• Any order containing Pre-order or made to order items cannot be cancelled.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• No refund will be initiated if a order is cancelled before shipping, only a Credit Note will be issued.
